Singing Christmas songs is always fun for adults as it's the time of the year when they are especially open to singing and having fun. Last year I asked them all to bring in something traditional. Students love talking to their ESL tutors about their traditions and why they love Christmas. MESMARK has some good ideas about cooking, but if your classroom is limited just bringing in certain items (food or otherwise) and presenting them to the class is a good alternative. |
