I don't know if this is too late for you, but intensive courses can be great fun, if you don't have a set curriculum. I would spend time at the beginning getting to know their interests and needs and tailor your classes to these. I find that teaching to a theme works well (you can change themes each week or however often suits you) and do anything that fits in with that theme, including songs, movies, games as well as grammar, reading and writing. |
