Default Homework Checklist for Teachers

My attendance forms have become crowded lately because I keep track of who finished homework there as well.

I made this form to be able to keep a seperate checklist to record which students have completed their homework. There is a column for up to 16 students, it covers up to 10 lessons.

A simple check in the box makes it easy to pick out the recurrent problems.

Default Keeping track of homework.

Great clue!
I have been having the same problem and this form will help me a lot.
Thank you,
Miriam.
P.S.) Young students really want you to keep track of their homework.

I like this checklist a lot. It looks like a good calendar looks like to me, simple. I also noticed some sharp design style within the document. So...I checked the profile for more artisticness and the shadow picture with the dog looking away ended my search well. That is the coolest picture I've seen in months. It looks "laid back." Nice Work on the pic. and checklist!
