Default A little help from my friends?

Hello anyone and everyone,
I'm a college student taking an internship for the summer in Tokyo, Japan, working for a company doing basic, entry level work. I was asked to teach an introductory English lesson twice a week for an hour, and since I've been doing it I just can't seem to get it right. I think my lesson plan might be a little askew, but my main concern right now is just to get everyone talking, regardless of how well. Funny thing with the Japanese, though, is that they feel really uncomfortable talking to native English speakers, so it's really hard to get any kind of assured response from even the most proficient of my coworkers during these short sessions. I feel kind of stupid, as well, considering I'm only 19 and many of these people are twice my age or more, and I don't want to demean them by teaching them stuff they already know (again). Basically, all I was wondering is weather or not anyone has any suggestions about some good games or activities for adults who are, actually, halfway decent at speaking english. Also, it has been requested that I start thinking up some good conversations to gain a more practical aspect of talking English for my "students." If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
