Default my cat has been poisoned

Hello, everyone,

My cat has been poisoned Monday morning and died at the vet's on Tuesday probably from a strong poison to attract a fox which is running in our gardens at the moment. The author of poisoning is probably a close neighbour. So I am looking at anyone I meet with suspicion now. As far as I know another cat has been poisoned last Friday by someone in the neighbourhood as well and the owner of the cat hasn't recovered yet, neither have I.
I've been living in the neighbourhood for 25 years now. My first cat lived 20 years and my poor Garfield didn't have the chance to live his whole life ( he was just 7 )

That's terrible, Michele. I'm sorry such an aweful thing has happened.

Maybe you could throw a little note in everyone's mailbox asking them to remove any pesticides from their property if they are using any. At least no one else will lose their cat.

Hi Michèle,

I'm so sorry to hear that. I can't imagine how hard that must be. My wife and I are extremely close to our dog and I just can't imagine something like that happening.

Thank you Mark, Eric
I've been talking to people in my street and it seems that more cats have been poisoned from baits to attract the fox. There aren't any pesticides at the moment but some people use anti-slug which is very dangerous for cats and dogs( Metaldehyde and the vet told me that they love it ) Anyway life is going on and I have to pull myself together.
Thanks for your support Mark, Eric.
