Hi

Problem with the miso soup because you first have to make the fish stock.

Then you need to know what daicon is.

How about this for the health conscious:

Chop up a random quantity of aubergines, onions, or garlic, and maybe some peppers, or perhaps courgettes, and put them in a wok with a bit of water in the bottom and a lid on. Watch out not to be too heavy handed with the pepper and completely ruin all that effort chopping. Let it all steam away in there for about 20 mins. Do remember to stir it at least once in the 20 minutes, and do remember that you are cooking in the first place so you don't have to spend ages scraping the Carbon 14 off the pan afterwards.

Very healthy eating like that with no cooked oils but use water instead and lots of flavouring.
