I use google drive (including the android app) for organising everything. I use it for keeping track of classes, creating shared documents for homework, and keeping a repository of useful pdfs. I burn coursebook cds and keep them on the drive and create power point presentations. I even create my invoices using the spreadsheet. In my opinion it is an essential tool for a modern teacher.
