Default Creating a coaching plan for a corporation?

Hi my dear friends, who of you would like to assist me in designing an English language and communication training plan for an international corporation? I know this sounds quite a mouthful and we can break it down into pieces. I have been working with that company since November last year and up to recently I had only one group of 4 employees and 1 person I did one-to-one sesssions with. Now there are three groups with 4 to 6 participants in each and two to three one-to-one candidates.
Because they have jobs and the training is on site and on the job the program has to be very flexible and targeted. That's why I would like to share my experiences with you, I need some kind of sounding board I can bounce ideas with.
I'll post my questions and plans here in my next posts. In the meantime, you might want to tell me if you have been (I guess many of you actually ARE) in a similar situation and how went about creating a plan.
Talk to you soon,
Torsten

Torsten - What does the company actually do/sell? What do they primarily need English for? Sales? Meetings?

I know this is a 'to be continued...' post but I just thought I'd ask.

Hi Mark, their core business activity is reselling software licences but it's a large corporation that has been branching out, acquiring a range of other companies and course they all kinds of departments. What I need is some kind of structure, I have a lot of ideas and resources and am looking for a way of creating a system. It should involve learner based activities that take place outside of the training sessions such watching DVD's, taking notes in English, writing emails, using forums etc...
What are your thoughts?

Torsten
