this my second year of teaching english

I have diffculty in dictation

some of girls don't know how to write the sentences for dictation >>>>>>i mean they write anything not the words that i say it
they are in grade four now in this year they should know how to write paragraph

last year i taught grade one using phonics in dictation
but how i will do it with these they are big
and they will say this for children
i need some ways to help them next week i will give them their first exam
