I don't know if you folks are familiar with Ning.com, but it's a place that allows users to create their own social networks. I recently joined EFL Classroom 2.0 - it's a pretty cool forum / collection of resources. I'm still very new to Ning, but it seems like there's a lot of potential for collaboration.

A lot of the people there seem to be teaching in Korea, but there are folks from other places, too.
