Default listening for key info

I have to teach a class to listen for key information:
e.g welcoming the students
giving them information
looking forward to
getting to know you
communicate well

the above examples are what I am to use for the lesson.

Students are high beginner. Does anyone have ideas on how i can do this.

thanks
