Hello

I'm starting teaching a new (for me also) class of SAT students. This is their first time to start this program and while I have the books and the test papers and the dictionaries I am wondering if there is a tried and true tested approach to this.
I'm not from the US so I don't have first hand experience of taking it myself and while I teach (high level) high schoolers I'm feeling that this needs a different approach to my usual methods.
I don't want it to be tedious for the students, but they are going to have to study quite intensively every day, so if anyone has any tips on how to reinforce and practice for this kind of learning I would be very grateful.

Perhaps this goes without saying, but make sure all of your materials are up to date. The SAT nowadays is very different from when I (and many of the other teachers on here) took it. As a result, I can't really give you advice. For example, we weren't allowed to use calculators and didn't have to write an essay. I think both of those things have changed.
