Default Teaching conversation skills

I have one new student that wants me to work with him on conversation. However, to be quite honest, I don't really feel like he needs my help. He speaks very well and really only needs to work on things like pausing, sense stress, volume and maybe enthusiasm. Points that will come with everyday practice.

I'm at a loss on what to discuss with him. I almost feel guilty charging him for a lesson. Has anyone else been in the same boat?

He may speak very well, but he'll also need to maintain that skill. You don't have to focus on free conversation. Select topics on current events or points of interest for him to discuss, debate, or give presentations on. He can always learn new vocabulary, work on intonation, etc.
