Red face Thanksgiving Craft for High Schoolers

Hi everyone! In a few days I need to teach high school students in Madrid about Thanksgiving. My boss has asked me to do a craft (something they can take home) and of course using English as well. For example, last year they made a book mark for someone and then wrote why they were thankful for that person. Because itīs in a few days and supplies are very limited (they are only bringing scissors and crayons to class. I provide computer paper) I am completely at a loss for what to do. So many crafts are geared towards children. Any ideas would be VERY welcome!
