I mostly teach university students, but I LLOVE kids around 10-13! They are usually very active and love experimenting with new words, teaching techniques, etc. :) Although there may be exceptions....

I do both. I'm employed and I do freelancing in my free time. Both have their advantages, I suppose. Freelancing is much more financially rewarding - believe it or not, I can get my monthly salary...
