Contact Pearson Longman. They will get you a copy if you plan to order some in the future for students.

I have never used Face2Face, so I couldn't say how good it is.

Focus on Grammar works well for adults as it is a serious book. I find a lot of the integrated skill books are not serious...

While it would be great to have the time, money, and resources to create a curriculum, I doubt you have any of it.

So, I would grab Focus on Grammar and base the curriculum around that. They have...
