First of all, I think working with this sort of model is useful to enable teachers to work out their own preferences and therefore analyse their own teaching style. I wrote about this here...

The most commonly used tool nowadays is the Myers Briggs Personality Type Analysis which is based on Jung's work (in fact it's often called the Jung-Myers Briggs analysis). It divides personality...
