I think you could play it with adults. Just use full questions. Its a blast.
I would use it as an icebreaker on the first day. Have them ask you questions

That's up to you. Usually by the time it falls over there could be 20-30 blocks. Since I use it with full sentences that would be a lot. If you were doing it with just words I think it would be...
