I'm assuming you're still in Korea??? You probably won't finding private tutoring jobs on the web because they are illegal in Korea.

That being said, most folks I know who do privates get...

I agree with simply esl. split them up into more age appropriate groups maybe even at the cost of mixing the levels. mixed levels will be much easier to deal with than the huge difference in ages. ...

Try doing larger projects like:

a radio show
invent a new product and create an advertisement for it
teach cooking terms, write recipes and then make food
etc...

these activities are a lot of fun...
