okay, don't laugh, but, this is true.
I have 22 students in a 50-minute speaking class. I have to give them a mid-term worth 30% of their grade (yeah, not my idea). Any thoughts?

Basically, it's cabbage and chicken, sometimes onions, cooked up in front of you with a lot of red pepper paste....
