2. Start date: April 1st
3. Monthly pay : 2.0 to 2.3million KRW(upto Category 1 based on the new pay scale in 2012)
4. Overtime payment : 20,000KRW per hour
5. Vacancy : 1
6. Gender : any
7. Nationality : Only American
8. Type of student : Middle school students
9. Working hours a day: 8:30pm~4:30pm
10. Maximum teaching hours a week: 22hours
11. Working week: Mon.~Fri.

Qualification

1. Must be a citizen of the U.S.
2. Must have one of Category 1 to 3
Category 3 – 2.0 million KRW per month
ONE of the followings
1) Bachelor's degree with a major in English Literature/ English Language/Linguistics
2) Valid Elementary, Middle, or Secondary School Teacher’s License/Certificate
3) Bachelor’s degree in any field PLUS a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (min.of 100 hrs)
Category 2 - Monthly pay – 2.1million KRW
- Category 3 AND ONE of the followings
1) one year of full time ENGLISH teaching experience at an accredited institution.
2) Master's Degree in a field related to English Language Education
Category 2+ – 2.2million KRW per month
Category 3 AND the following
-Employed as a Category 2 teacher with GEPIK for one full year.
Category 1 – Category 3 AND the following
- Minimum three years of full time ENGLISH teaching experience at an accredited institution
3. Must have no criminal record.
4. Must love teaching children.

1. Criminal Background Record with apostille
2. A copy of degree certificate with apostille
3. Applicant’s signed Health Statement
4. Passport has at least one year of validity left
5. 4 passport-sized photos
