Qualifications Requirements
-Must be a native English speaker (preferably North American)
Excellent English language skills
4-year Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited University/College (Education / English / Communications / Linguistics majors preferred)
Elementary education completed in North America (either Canada or US)
Have, and be willing to send to Korea, original diploma
Sealed, official transcripts from University/College
Valid US/Canadian passport with at least 1 year of validity remaining
CLEAN criminal background check
Genuine love of children REQUIRED


The benefits offered by POLY are:
- Single, nonshared furnished housing, bed, TV, VCR, refrigerator, washing
machine, stove, air conditioner
- Prepaid flight to Korea and, upon the completion of your 1-year contract,
a prepaid flight back to the US.
- Severance bonus upon the completion of the 1-year contract. You will also
be eligible to petition for your pension refund from the Korean Pension
Board before departing the country.
- Medical Insurance: 50% of National Insurance premium paid for by the school.
You will receive the same insurance coverage as a Korean national.

Working days : Monday - Friday
Working hours : 9:00 am - 7:30 pm (There is prep-time in the morning and afternoon.)

Starting Salary: 2.5 million won+ (incl. paid prep-time and lunch)
