Discover Unlimited ESL/EFL Teaching Job Possibilities in Taiwan


We are looking to hire qualified and enthusiastic teachers who are available to start on November/December 2012 or on January 2013 on different locations in Taiwan.

We need MORE ESL teachers for our language schools' all-year round positions and K~12 state-licensed teachers qualified to teach English, Math, Music, Science, History, Language Arts, Drama, PE..etc. for our great government/private regular school full-time teaching jobs.

To qualify, teacher must be a:
1) Native English Speaker
2) 4-year Bachelor’s degree graduate -minimal
3) USA/CA/UK/AU/NZ/SA or IRE passport holder
4) Teacher registration certificate/teacher license holder
5) Marriage/Permanent ARC and sub-teaching certificate holder are also welcome to apply.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

FOR K~12 POSITIONS

TEACHING INFORMATION:
1) Contract term : Full-time - Around one year, renewable
2) Student Level: K12 Elementary/Junior High/High School , G1-12, 25-40 students per class
3) Curriculum: scenario teaching, practical conversation, ESL (collaborating- teaching involved) or Subjects or flexible, (in accordance with school)
4) Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:00pm, 20-25 class weekly, 40-50 min per class→ (vary in accordance with school)

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
1) Salary : NT$70,895 (PhD), NT$67,925 (MA), NT$60,890 (BA)/month.
2) Monthly housing subsidy : NT$ 5000/mo, for single teacher;
NT$10,000/mo for a teacher with dependent/s → conditional - in accordance with school
3) Evaluation and Performance bonus : Around one month salary by proportion of actual working months → conditional in accordance with school
4) Airfare reimbursement: Round-trip 40000-80000 NTD → conditional in accordance with school
5) Paid Vacation:Summer and Winter, → conditional in accordance with school
6) Labor and health insurance :Available
7) Work permit & alien resident visa (ARC): School will help you apply for it.

FOR ESL POSITIONS
There are full-time ESL job opportunities available all-year round in Taiwan, with monthly salary ranging from NT$48000 (=US$1464) to NT$60000 (=US$1830), 20~25 teaching hours a week, providing students from5 to 15 years old with the after-school English lesson. Around 5 - 15 kids per class. Education Requirement: Bachelor + Teaching certificate( TESL/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA).
