Add worksheets to your website. 
Do I copy just that one line of code (plus numbers) into my template and do all the rest via the form? When the form asks me for the URL of the feed is that my address, yours or what? When it asks me for the items, do I have to repeat the numbers? Sorry to be so dense ....
