I have used a variation that I call People Bingo. Each square has a question. All students walk around with copies of the same bingo board. They try to find a student who can say yes to a question. That person writes his.or her name on the square. This was a great hit with some adult students. You make the questions according to the grammar that the students know.
You can set up the grid in Word, using table commands, and then adjust row heights and column widths. You may want to use text boxes.
