Do you have any plans so far? It's a lot easier to give advice on tweaking a plan. What resourcs do have that you can use/plan to use?

I'm not sure how much they will help but you might want to take a look at these threads
Material for teaching present perfect tense
Games to teach the difference between past simple and present perfect tense?

The present perfect is really hard to work into a game, but you might try a simple interview activity. You could give them 25 slips of paper. Each peice of paper represents 1 year. Have them go around and interview each other as to how long they have done something. With each answer the person hands over that many slips of paper. The goal is to get as many slips as you can. If you run out of paper, you lose.

You'll also need to teach the negative, 'I have never ...' In that case they don't hand over any papers.

Some rules might be:
- you must use a different question every time
- he who asks first goes first
- the teacher will give out double the amount of slips.
