Default Multi-touch in the classroom

My school is a pretty advanced school when it comes to technology. We have smart boards and some other nifty things in the classrooms. Now, the school is looking into get Multi-touch tables for the classes. What we can't find tho is software that would actually use such a thing to practice english. So, do any of you know of such software? I thought about adapting the smart notebook software but I'm not sure if it's multi-touch compatible. There is a smart table...but it's quite expensive 10,000 rmb before shipping from canada. Any help will be appreciated!

Well, I'd say from a business standpoint if there isn't software that impresses, you should spend on the hardware.

What would the advantages of a multi-touch do for the students? Is it just a tech draw?

I'm off to find out what a multi-touch table is ...

Found it! multitouch products or something like it.

What kind of software would you be looking for? It seems like most of those tables are for manipulating images. I guess it might be good for some games and maybe TPR type listen and arrange the items activities.

Yeah, we'll be using it for games and just some more interactive lessons. Right now the Smart boards we have in the classrooms are interactive White boards. The tables will be a lot of fun. I know i can make some fun games using the Notebook 10 software...I'm just not sure if it's multi-touch compatible.
