Re: English for Hotel/Hospitality Workers Hello and welcome I have a special coursebook called "English for the Hospitality Industry" and it deals with the "hotel language"- words and phrases used to describe hotels, rooms, services, facilities, phrases/expressions you use when checking in and out, when settling your account and making complaints or writing business letters. I don't know if it helps. |
