Smile English for Hotel/Hospitality Workers

Hello to all forum members, I am Eugene and new to the froum. I like to know are any of you teaching English to hotel workers?

I want to start a program to empower hotel workers and any information or ideas you have I like to hear them. I will look for your reply here or you can email me at getawaytours@aol.com

Thanks

Eugene

There was a discussion about this a while back:

Any ideas for Hotel English?

Hey there man. I am going to be starting to teach english in a hotel very soon here in Rio. I have formulated a special program for my students according to their needs.
I would love to get in contact with you so we can discuss this topic further.

Hello and welcome

I have a special coursebook called "English for the Hospitality Industry"

and it deals with the "hotel language"- words and phrases used to describe hotels, rooms, services, facilities, phrases/expressions you use when checking in and out, when settling your account and making complaints or writing business letters. I don't know if it helps.
