| | Moya Hello from the UK! Im new to the site, and have been searching for an activity I used but forgot to save!!!! It's called Two sisters and a cat and it was an excellent reading comprehension for my ESOL beginner adults! So successful, yet I can't for the life of me remember where I found it, so if there is anyone out there who knows, or has used this activity, i would appreciate some feedback! Many thanks, Moya |

| | Welcome to the site, Moya.
I have never heard of this activity so I did a search on the internet which it sounds like you have already done extensively. Anyway, all I could find was an online, gap fill activity. That didn't sound to me like what you are looking for but if you want the link I'll find the site again.
Hopefully someone else here has done that activity.
Eric

| | Thanks that would be great! Thanks for looking for me-I would appreciate your sending me the link anyway, as it could lead me to the site I found it on. I was so sure that I had added it to my favourites! Anyway, thanks again-and I look forward to trying the link,
Cheers

| | hope this helps :) Here were a few of the links I found. I hope one of them was the one you were looking for. Two Sisters and a Cat 1 Two Sisters and a Cat 2 Two Sisters and a Cat 3 Two Sisters and a Cat 4
Also, to narrow your search results in Google put quotation marks around what you are searching for to find exactly that. For example, type "Two Sisters and a Cat" and you will only get results of sites with EXACTLY that title. It's especially helpful when searching for titles or song lyrics.
Hope this helps
Eric

| | Thanks a million Thank you thank you!!! It was exactly what I wanted! I had used the text, which was one of several available, and although it was an interactive exercise, I typed out the multiple choice answers, and it was so useful to my class-just the right level and length. However when I looked on my favourites a couple of days later, I just couldn't find the site. Thanks so much, I shall make sure I keep track of the site and the links.
Happy teaching!!!!!!
