Hi Eric,

I'm not sure if this is me not knowing what I'm doing, but anyway ...

How do I change my profile? I clicked on "My Account" but nothing happened (perhaps I'm in the red ), so I went to "Help", entered "Change profile" and got a link - "Change your profile here". But when I clicked it took me to a completely different page.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Sue, not sure why you want to change because we love you just the way you are.

However, click my account and then the menu will drop down. On this new menu click my account again. Then on the left side column you'll see the option change profile as the third item in the settings and options section. Click that and Bob's your uncle :-)

Thank you Clive. It's mutual of course ...

But the whole point is that when I click on My Account nothing happens - no drop down menu, nothing. Perhaps I haven't got an account any more. Perhaps Eric has thrown me out for bad behaviour. Oh no ...... I feel :

Yep, had to ban your account for nefarious activity!

Just kidding. I'm not sure why you aren't getting the drop down menu. Had you gotten the drop down menu in the past? Have you disabled JavaScript on your browser?

Just browse the left hand column for all of the options.
