How can I get them to use the '-s' ending?

How can I get them to use the '-s' ending?

I've tried everything under the sun, including beating them over the head with warm aubergines, but they still say things like 'he live in a big house'

Is there a way to get them to use the '-s' ending or did Satan send them here to mock me?
