Default Re: Intermediate Level Tutoring

First of all, don't expect a lot. Two hours a week is very, very little. My school used to have ESL classes that were 15 hours a week (and the classes covered all the skills).
You will need to assess her current skills in order to decide what she needs.
I used to teach specialized classes in listening, speaking and pronunciation. I had the full range from beginners to advanced students, all in the same room. I always spent some time in each class on the sounds of the letters (phonics) and words with certain sounds. Many letters from the English alphabet appear in other languages, but with different sounds.
