 Is it right to tutor students you teach at school?
In all the schools I have taught this subject has been treated differently. In some schools teachers are not allowed to teach private lessons to the same students they teach at school because the school administration thinks it doesn't make sense.
However in other schools the administration doesn't care about this. In fact they say if the same teacher from school tutors the student at home later in the evening it simply saves the teacher the headache of the next day.
Personally speaking I have tutored both students I teach at school and those I don't teach. It's hard to say this should be done and that shouldn't be done.
