Hi,

I had been looking for the same thing, but couldn't find anything. I made them up myself on an exel table and then cut them into pairs of two to copy them in different orders and cut them up again. It's quite a lot of work though, but worth doing. My students love it.

I also made smaller flashcards and played memory with them. Every time they picked up a card they had to say: "This is ... or These are..." It's also a good pronunciation practice.
