If you ask sometimes they do it for free...I have never been bumped to buisness or first class without asking though. Thats great though...I love buisness class...so roomy and comfortable.

I have a couple students/friends who are applying to be English Teachers for the Spanish government...ie Civil servants. The exams are really tough and they have worked hard all year studying...

I think you can make it so it is not a physical reward. I make a points system and divide the class into groups. So if you do your homework you get points for your team. The kids seem to love it...

Does this even exist? I had a student ask me for a recommendation for a "real-life" English book, not just a grammar book and I really had no idea.
