If you use MS Excel, you should have no problem opening it. I'm not familiar with the import options on MS Word or Adobe, so I wouldn't know which direction to point you in with that. Sorry. :/

Attendance Information Form

We use this form to keep track of attendance, the professor(s) who is/are teaching the classes and the material covered during the classes.


There is a Spanish version and an English.
